Monument stone in front of tombstone reads:
Sgt. Arlin D. Collins was awarded Posthumously The Silver Star for Gallantry in Action, Bronze Star Medal, Army Commendation Medal for Heroism, Purple Heart and the Good Conduct Medal.
Prior to death, he was awarded the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Ribbon, Combat Infantryman Badge, Expert Badge with Machine Gun Bar and the Marksman Badge with Rifle and Automatic Rifle Bars.
