On the west side of Durant, at the intersection of W. Main and S. 9th Avenue, this is a one-story red brick building, constructed similar to a small residence. The building faces west and has a 15-pane wood and glass door flanked by two small display windows. The single overhead door has 18 glass panes, with all the wood trim painted green. This service area is deeper than the office portion of the building.
The north side of the office area has a single door, flanked by 1/1 windows. The front and sides of the building has slatted wood porch roofs, supported by wood posts.
