This very rusted vehicle sits atop a pole about 12 feet high. It is located in a triangular section of land at the intersection of Westminster and Spencer-Jones Rd. It appears that all the working parts of the vehicle have been removed, and just the outer shell is intact. A large rusted grate supports the bottom of the vehicle.
