This stately arch marks the west end of Victoria Row. The stretch of Richmond Street is cobblestoned and lined with restaurants and boutiques on the south sidewalk and The Confederation Centre performing arts centre on the north.
The elaborate iron arch is painted black and contains the words "Victoria Row" along the top centre in a Victorianesque-type font. It is held up on either side by a conglomerate-type stone base. It makes for a picturesque scene.
