Le labyrinthe ou la lieue de Jérusalem

Établie depuis 1495, la lieue de Jérusalem de Saint-Quentin est restée d'origine, malgré les destructions de la basilique.

Son diamètre est de 11 mètres et 60 centimètres. Le parcours qui commence avec la ligne de dalles noires est de 260 mètres. Ce serait la distance parcourue par  le Christ du Prétoire au Golgotha. Il ne comporte pas d'impasse mais s'éloigne souvent du centre.

Amiens et Chartres en possèdent un.

The labyrinth or the league of Jerusalem

Established since 1495, the league of Jerusalem of Saint-Quentin remained original, despite the destruction of the basilica.

Its diameter is 11 meters and 60 centimeters (12 yd 2 ft). The course that begins with the line of black flagstones is 260 meters (284 yd). This would be the distance traveled by Christ from the Praetorium to Golgotha. It does not have an impasse but often moves away from the center.

Amiens and Chartres have one.
