Reading, also known as Baseballtown, is home to a wonderful baseball stadium where the Fightin' Phils, a minor league team reporting to the Philadelphia Phillies play. We have watched so many terrific players rise through the ranks to become successful major league players and the team has honored a number of them by inducting them into the Baseballtown Hall of Fame. My all time favorite Phillie, Michael Jack Schmidt was in the first class to be inducted in 1987 and this year, the team will honor super slugger, Ryan Howard.
Hours of Operation: The Hall of Fame wall is on the outside of the stadium next to the main doors so it is available all the time.
