This Bench can be found on West Quay close to the harbour swing bridge and the Trafalgar Hotel public house.

The dark-coloured wooden bench has a slatted seat and back rest featuring and two arm rests.

This bench has two rectangular plaque on its backrest. The plaque on the left has the following inscription:
‘To celebrate the life of
William Leslie Salthouse
“SALTY”
14/11/1937 – 13/5/2013
Forever Loved
Top of the Bill’

and the one on the right the following inscription:
‘To celebrate the life of
Albert Leslie Salthouse
“SALTY JUNIOR”
3/10/1963– 19/12/2011
Forever Loved
Still travelling the world in spirit’

The bench is positioned by the quayside and affords views of the Harbour, Quayside, Swingbridge, Swimming Pool and towards the Mooragh Park.
