Located next to a splash fountain on Pier 66 is a plaque that reads:

Dedicated to
Paige Miller

Port of Seattle Commissioner
1988 - 2005

In recognition of her enduring commitment to create
special places for families to enjoy Seattle's waterfront

From doing additional research on Paige Miller, I found out that she became the executive director for the Arboretum Foundation of Seattle after leaving the Port of Seattle in 2007. She resigned her position with the Arboretum in June, 2017 to move to New Orleans.
