Orlando Sentinel, The (FL) - Tuesday, February 24, 1998
90, 1715 Sylvan Point Drive, Mount Dora, died Saturday, Feb. 21. Dr. Himes was a dentist. Born in Fremont, Neb., he moved to Central Florida in 1960. He was past president of Vermont Dental Society. He was a charter member of Bennington Lions Club. He was also a member of Mount Dora Lions Club, Masons, American Dental Association, Eustis Art League and Mount Dora Art League. He was a Navy veteran of World War II. Survivors: wife, Helen P.; son, Norman S., Glens Falls, N.Y.; daughter, Nancy A. Nakashian, Deerfield Beach; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren. Allen J. Harden Funeral Home, Mount Dora.
