Thomas Percy Everitt was born on August 1, 1890 in Elora, Ontario, Canada he was killed in action on October 22, 1918 in the Battle of the Argonne Forest. The granite family monument is inscribed on the bottom HORTON, which was the last name of his step-father. The front of the monument is inscribed:
