As mentioned, this curvaceous sculpture looks like it could be a naked woman bending fully backwards with her scapula touching the back her thighs exposing her breasts to the main view, and her slightly parted legs when being viewed from the side entrance to the Gallery.
The main piece is supported on a shield-like thin dome of cast concrete with mosaic pieces of marble, to create what looks like a man with a staff in his right hand. There are also some mosaic 'bird foot prints' approaching the sculpture.
