This is a two-story brick building in the Late Victorian Commercial style. The facade has been painted a rust orange. The building has three bays on the ground floor. The clerestories have been covered with wood boards. There are two storefronts. The one on the west side has a single metal/glass door flanked by display windows and is currently occupied by a rental store. The storefront on the east has a single door with three display windows to its right. The two entrances are covered by a wood and vinyl canopy.

On the far right, the opening to the second floor has an iron jail-type covering. The five windows on the second level are covered with wood boards. The second level is vacant. At the roofline, there is a triangular pediment in which is written in bricks, "A.D. 1912".

This building is Item No. 26 on the District nomination, listed in 2007.
