The Hotel Bryan, at the corner of 1st and Main in downtown Durant was built in 1929 and has been a mecca in the 1930's and 1940's for politicians and entertainers visiting southeast Oklahoma. The hotel is 4 stories high and has been recently remodeled as an apartment building. However, the old HOTEL BRYAN ghost remains on the northwest corner of the hotel to remind visitors of days gone by.
