This is a red brick one-story building with a flat or slightly gabled roof. The tall parapet forms a large triangle, with extended bricks above each of the support columns. The garage was built in 1938 and is in the Late Victorian commercial style.

The building is on the southeast corner of W. main and 4th Avenue. The main entrance faces Main, however, vehicles may exit at the back onto 4th Avenue, and onto Lost Street which is basically an alley. Inside the parking area, the ceiling is pressed tin and is intact. The west side of the building is a storefront/office area with a single glass door and display windows, currently occupied by a law office. This building is Item 28 on the National Register nomination filed in 2007.
