Zvonice s malou kaplí se nachází ve stredu obce Malé Prítocno, po levé strane budovy Obecního úradu. V roce 2010 ( behem stého výrocí vzniku místní kaple) byl slavnostne vysvecen nový zvon. Zvonice ho nemela od roku 1943, kdy byl sejmut a použit k válecným úcelum. Nový zvon vznikl díky dobrovolné financní sbírce místních obcanu v letech 2008-2010, kdy se podarilo shromáždit cástku 76.000 korun.

A bell tower with a small chapel is located in the center of Malé Prítocno, on the left side of the Municipal Office building. In 2010 (during the centennial anniversary of the local chapel), a new bell was ceremoniously consecrated. The bell tower did not have it since 1943 when it was removed and used for war purposes. The new bell was created thanks to a voluntary financial collection of local citizens in 2008-2010, when it was able to collect 76,000 CZK.
