The Robert Lee Williams Public Library building was named for a prominent judge, and governor of Oklahoma from 1915-1919. The building has an addition and is now the office of the Bryan County Treasurer and is the Courthouse Annex. The building was placed on the National Register in 1988.

This is a one-story L-shaped native limestone block building constructed in 1936 as a WPA project. The building is in the Art Deco style, and a rather unique piece of WPA construction. The windows are fixed 8-pane casement units, separated by vertically placed limestone blocks. The use of both horizontal and vertical placement of blocks beneath each window unit gives the building its design. The main entrance facing north has a single metal/glass door and sidelight under a flat, wall-mounted canopy. A projected cornice runs around the building, and on the frieze above the corner over the north entrance are the words: "ROBERT LEE WILLIAMS PUBLIC LIBRARY'.
