Pomník obetem svetových válek se nachází ve východní cásti Školního námestí v Roztokách u Prahy, v malém parku naproti budove základní školy. Socha na podstavci znázornuje rakouského vojáka, který prežil svetovou válku v letech 1914-1918 a ve zdraví se vrátil domu. Vznik pomníku je datován rokem 1925. Na celní strane podstavce je velmi skromné venování: PADLÝM, 1914-18. Po 2. svetové válce byl text doplnen o casový údaj nacistické okupace Ceskoslovenska: "1939-45" a dobu trvání Pražského povstání: "5.-9.V. 1945".

The memorial to the victims of the world wars is located in the eastern part of the Školní Square in Roztoky near Prague, in a small park opposite the building of the elementary school. The statue on the pedestal depicts an Austrian soldier who survived the World War in 1914-1918 and returned home safely. The creation of the monument is dated 1925. On the front of the pedestal is very modest dedication: TO FALLEN, 1914-18. After World War II, the text was extended by the period of the Nazi occupation of Czechoslovakia: "1939-45" and the duration of the Prague Revolution: "5-9 May 1945".
