The Onze-Lieve-Vrouwekapel, Sint-Genovevakapel or Chapel of Blaar is a chapel in Blaar, a hamlet of the municipality of Tongeren in the Belgian province of Limburg.
The chapel is located on the east side of Blaar near the route of the Via Belgica (old Roman road) which led to Maastricht. The small building is surrounded on both sides by lime trees.
The current building was built in 1872 in brick. The chapel has a rectangular floor plan of one bay and a semicircular choir closure. Both the wall pillars, frames and the cornice of the chapel are cemented. The building is equipped with round arch windows and is accessible via a circular arch portal. The whole is covered by a gable roof and is covered with Flemish tiles.
On the right side wall is a wooden chapel with a Calvary statue in polychrome wood.
The chapel is dedicated to the Our Lady of Perpetual Help and Saint Genoveva, who is called upon against childhood diseases
