The Bertolet Sawmill sits on the Daniel Boone Homestead but is not an original part of the homestead. It's original home was a few miles away in the Oley Valley and it was moved to the homestead in 1972. Built by Daniel Bertolet around 1810, it was actively functional at its Oley location until 1934. Today, it is started up for sawmill demonstrations at the Homestead. Dates and times can be found on the Daniel Boone Homestead website.
