The business owner obviously has a great admiration for the mining business that was so important to this part of the country. The wheel has nothing to do with the long/short term rental storage business. But I'm sure there are a lot of people who stop by to find out why it's there. That seems to be ok with them. There is room for a couple of cars to park near the wheel so that you can walk over, take a photo and learn the wheel's history.
