Each end of the alley situated between Patrick and Grafton has identical free standing archways. Arch is supported by meal poles. Across the top is the name and in the center is crossed golf clubs held by a shamrock.

The alley connects Elm Street (Dr. Pepper Museum) and Blackjack Street (Ben Hogan Museum).

Ben Hogan (August 13, 1912 – July 25, 1997) was an American professional golfer who is generally considered to be one of the greatest players in the history of the game. He was born in nearby Stephenville, TX, but lived in Dublin until 1921.
