This building is the former railway station of Ewersbach. It is placed on the abandoned railway coming from Dillenburg. Ewersbach was the last station on the Dietzhölztalbahn. The station had one platform for passenger trains as well as a loading track and several sidings. It was build in 1892 by architect Glasewald. The building is T-shaped and has two floors. The railway-track has stopped operating in 2001 and the building has been sold.
Today a dental clinic resides in the building.
