According to Railfan.com, this is the MKT 125 caboose. It is completely unrecognizable now as it has been completely encased in sheet metal and serves as the office for the Mirrorlake RV Park.
The caboose is painted bright yellow with red trim. On the west side of the caboose it is painted with a sign that can be read from the highway - "Mirrorlake RV Park". This is an extended vision caboose that was previously operated by the Missouri-Kansas-Texas Railroad.
