Alanson Page was a businessman and a mayor of Oswego. The building is Gothic with a bell tower and buttressed walls. The windows are from Tiffany satined glass studios, designed by Frederick Wilson. This chapel is still used for funerals but it also can be used for weddings.

Riverside Cemetery is in the rural cemetery tradition. It is independent, non-sectarian. It was built in 1855. It is in a park-like setting. It is on the National Register of Historic places.
