A pair of doves of peace are flying towards each other on the front of the ZERN/KASPEROWSKI monument. Each dove is carrying an olive branch in its beak. The monument is made of polished gray granite. The doves are outlined in a lighter unpolished area.

The reverse indicated the monument currently is in memory of Jordan Regis Kasperowski who was the son of Todd J. Kasperowski and Jennifer (Zern) Kasperowski. The reverse of the monument is inscribed:

1945 THEODORE REGIS ZERN
1945 ANDREA ROXANNE ZERN
1994 JORDAN REGIS KASPEROWSKI 2012

Theodore Regis Zern and Andrea Roxanne Zern are Jordan's maternal grandparents.
