Branding Time - Waurika, OK - Murals on Waymarking.com

Located at the southeast corner of this intersection, this is found on the north wall of a two-story brick building in the 100 block of Main Street. A blue sky and dirt-colored hills are painted onto the brick. Then, over top of this, a metal grating has been set, on which are mounted metal silhouettes of numerous head of cattle, a couple of drovers, and in the right hand corner, a cowboy with a branding iron, and a wagon. To make it even more interesting, each cow has a brand painted on it, which we assume are official local brands.
