I don't believe this I.O.O.F. lodge is still active as I was not able to gather any current charter info online.
A older book highlighting the history of Lane County notes that the Oasis lodge was instituted September 30, 1872.

This two-story lodge building resides at the corner of 6th and Greenwood. The main floor is split into two store fronts with one store occupied by a day spa business and the other looks to be empty.
