This is the trailhead outside of O'Neil Regional Park. Once inside the park, you can continue along this flat paved path and end at Trabuco Mesa Park or you can turn into the park and continue in a different direction (same trail name system) as described at Trails.com (https://www.trails.com/us/ca/rancho-santa-margarita/live-oak-canyon-trail).
This particular trail head is behind a professional office complex. I did not see any parking restrictions and I frequently see trail users parking here. Same coordinates as waymark.
