It's counter service here, with a large menu up high, and a smaller sign below, giving you a push as to what kind of bread you'd like, what size sandwich, whether or not you'd like it heated up, and so forth. Step right up and place your order, and you can also make your sandwich a wrap or a salad. They don't have as many fixins as some of the big chains, so by default, you'll get everything unless you tell them otherwise. Their specialty is Chicago-style subs, but they also serve soup-and-salad combos and hot dogs. Doctor up your dog just the way you like, and of course, they do 'em Chicago style. There's a small menu for the kids, and a few sides, like pickles or chips. They also do breakfast tacos in the morning. Your drink options are bottled water or fountain drinks, including iced tea, sweetened or unsweetened. They're pretty quick about getting your food ready, but give 'em some time during peak hours.

There's plenty of seating, a TV to watch, and they offer free, secure wi-fi. There are actually a few places in the seating area where you can plug in your gadgets.
