This oblong, brown-brick, two-storey building was built as a Masonic Hall in 1935.

On the corner of the building is a Foundation Stone, of unknown type by myself, tho it is possible that it is sawn trachyte - certainly NOT sandstone, marble or granite. It was almost impossible to read the inscription, tho it hadn't weathered. Maybe in the past it had been gilt, or otherwise highlighted. Errors in transcribing are mine, but it seemed to read:
