Quiet morning when I visited the courthouse. Not a soul around. My memory says it was a weekday morning, but must have been a weekend. So much for my memory.
The clock is circular and inset in the marble (granite?) face over the main entrance to the courthouse
The hand are gold tinted and pass over Roman numerals of the same color..the clock face has horizontal and vertical lines (also tinted) dividing the face into four quadrants.
Returned for a night view, (daughter-in-law said it lights up nice)...and she was right. The face has a powerful light behind it and shows all the detains perfectly in glowing terms.
