The grave of 30 year old Isaiah Leach is marked by a sandstone tablet with the image of a winged and crowned soul effigy flanked by abstract plants. The tablet is inscribed:

In Memory of
Mr Isaiah Leach
aged 30, years
Whose lamentable Death was occasioned
by rolling a large Log from his
Sled which went directly over him.
He lay alone in this most
distressing situation about an hour
before he was discovered.
This dreadful Catastrophe
happened on Janry 31st 1816.
