This Bench can be found in the Mooragh Park on the eastern side of the Boating Lake. It is the third dedicated bench on this side of the lake when travelling north.
The wooden bench has a slatted seat and back rest featuring and two arm rests.
The rectangular plaque on the backrest of this bench is inscribed as follows:
‘In Loving Memory of
Alfred Edward Kneale (Freddie)
1914 – 2009’
The bench is positioned facing the Boating Lake in the Mooragh Park and is the ideal spot to rest and watch the various boats on the Lake.
