On the east Side of Bell Street at Bruce Avenue, this is one of two small concrete terminals/large concrete elevators in Wilbur.

As stated in the description, the elevator was added to in 1951 and a new headhouse built along with it. The station is the more easterly of the two, which is slightly smaller than the westerly one.

By 2008 the elevator was owned by Central Washington Grain Growers.

DESCRIBED BY COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY 1950 (WRH)
THE WILBUR GRAIN ELEVATOR IS LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEASTERN EDGE OF WILBUR AND OWNED BY THE UNITED GRAIN GROWERS, ABOUT 130 FEET HIGH AND CONSTRUCTED OF CONCRETE. THE CENTER WAS THE POINT OF INTERSECTION.

STATION IS THE EASTERN AND SMALLER OF THE TWO HEAD HOUSES OF EQUAL HEIGHT, ON THE LARGE GRAIN ELEVATOR IN THE EASTERN PART OF THE TOWN OF WILBUR.
