This Bench can be found in the Mooragh Park on the eastern side of the Boating Lake. It is the second dedicated bench on this side of the lake when travelling north.
The wooden bench has a slatted seat and back rest featuring and two arm rests.
The rectangular plaque on the backrest of this bench is inscribed as follows:
‘IN MEMORY OF MY BELOVED HUSBAND
CHRIS FAYLE
MODEL BOAT MEN
“SIT THEE HERE AMONGST THE SKEET
UNTIL THE DAY WE AGAIN SHALL MEET”

The bench is positioned facing the Boating Lake in the Mooragh Park and is the ideal spot to rest and watch the ‘Model Boat Men’ when they are at the lake.
