This is a tall cylindrical standpipe located on the east side of Highway 81, northeast of Union City. The tower is standing in an open field with easy access.

The tower is painted white and has several things painted on it:
* Town of Union City
* Est. 1884
* Tigers
along with a painted head of a Tiger, the school mascot.
