Taken from the website, "Three tall steel triangles, attached to each other at the center in a shallow pool, at the base of a four-tiered sunken garden. A jet of water between the two wider triangles creates a rainbow when the sun shines through the fountain. The discs are mounted on four inch thick styrofoam cylinders, with floats anchored on the bottom of the panel with brass chains."
