This is a Dated, two-storey building, on the busy Sydney Road, with the Ying Wah Chinese restaurant at its' heart.

From the front it looks like the ground floor central section of this Dated Building is occupied by the Ying Wah Chinese Restaurant. It looks like the two 'wings' are integral to the original building, and they hold 'Khao Thai Restaurant', and previously, 'Das Edelweiss', which is now 'For Lease.'
I am assuming that the three side-by-side sections of the ground floor and the upper level were all built at the same time, as there are striking similarities between them. There is a continuous flat awning covering the footpath, which is stayed back to the brick upper lever with the 'same' metal rods. The three shop fronts on the ground floor are each different, with a commonality of large plate glass display windows.
The upper level has the three sections separated by a slightly protruding brick 'pillar'/column. Each section has a broad window, with the left-hand (eastern) set looking like it could be the original, with multi-panel glass, wooden frame casement windows, with a shingle awning over them. The central and right-hand sets of windows are slightly different, with six panels of glass, but they seem to be in aluminium flames. (Currently now awning, tho the central one may have had. In the rendered facade above the upper floor each section has a broad recessed rectangle.
The four slightly protruding brick 'columns' are each topped by identical square mouldings, of the same height. In the middle is an arched raised section, with the Date of "1922" in a recessed rectangle. The moulding that arches over the Date is cracked in several places, and there is discolouration associated with the cracks.
