Kaplicka je umístena u bývalé križovatky puvodních cest z Dobrovíze na Ruzyn. V dusledku výstavby mezinárodního letište Praha-Ruzyne se ale nyní nachází na konci slepé cesty, asi pul kilometru od oplocení letištního areálu. Jedná se o stredne velkou, tri metry vysokou výklenkovou kaplicku, kterou v posledních letech doplnilo také romantické posezení pro cyklisty-airspottery.

The waychapel is located at the former intersection of the original roads from the villages of Dobrovíz and Ruzyne. As a result of the construction of the Prague-Ruzyne International Airport, it is now at the end of the blind road, about half a kilometer away from the fencing of the airport complex. It is a medium-sized, three meter high niche chapel with a romantic sitting under the linden tree for cyclists-airspotters.
