The former St.Peter's Church of England at Cape Bridgewater is a typical Victorian country parish church of the 1880s. St. Peter's was opened on 5 August 1884 by Bishop Thornton. The simple rectangular plan early English Gothic style parish church was constructed of rendered masonry with an iron roof, entrance porch and half octagonal sanctuary and has beeen converted to use as a residence .
