Located at the NE side of the Madison County Courthouse, this man takes up the west side of the bench (he left room for you on the east side). He is all green on one side, and green/yellow stripes on the other. He appears to be of average height, wears a top hat, and one leg is crossed over the other. This is a really nice curved wooden bench if you need to sit down for a rest.
