This War Memorial at the Wyong Town Park, just up from the 'village shopping centre' is a tall cylindrical column of polished trachyte, with a red granite orb on top. The column is mounted on a square base, also of polished trachyte, with gilded inscriptions on a couple of the four sides. This is on a metre high square concrete base, that has five steps up, in each of the four sides. There are a couple of vintage style lights on 3 metre tall poles on either side; with a flag pole to the north. There is a paved courtyard around the Memorial, and across to steps to the north, and a ramp access to the northwest. There was a comfortable wooden slat bench in the courtyard.
On the northwestern corner / face of the concrete base is a brass plaque for the 're-dedication' of the monument when it was moved, and it reads:
To commemorate the Re-Dedication of this Memorial, erected to
the memory of Servicemen and Women involved in all conflicts
from World War 1 to the present day,
and re-established at this site.
