This horse Themed Homemade Mailbox is on the road between Tinonee, and Wingham; and at Christmas time often sports a Santa mounted on it.

I have gone past this mailbox at least a couple of times each week over the last decade, and at the end of most years there has been a Santa mounted on this letterbox, so I finally stopped and got some photos, sans rider.
It seems to be mostly made of recycled air conditioning ducting and tubes. There is also a wire lasso that the Santa is secured to, with tinsel wrapped around the wire.
