Seacombe House in the Colonial Georgian style is a two storey rubble stone structure erected in 1847 originally known as the Stag Hotel had twenty bedrooms, bars and parlours operating as the principal hotel in Port Fairy until 1873 when it became a boys' school, and later, a guest house.
