Au hameau des Carlats, en bordure de la route, on peut encore voir ce vieux lavoir.
Il n'est pas entretenu, l'eau n'y arrive plus et des gamins ont taggués l'endroit mais ce devait être un bel endroit.
Il est en contrebas du terrain, on y descend par quelques marches en pierres. Il est couvert, fermé sur 2 cotés et soutenu par deux piliers. Le lavoir a deux bacs. Le premier tout petit, se déverse dans le grand. Entre les deux, une petite poutre devait servir à entre poser le linge déjà lavé.
La source était protégée par un mur.
Aujourd'hui, de l'herbe pousse au fond.

In the hamlet of Carlats, along the road, you can still see this old wash house.
It is not maintained, the water is no longer there and kids have tagged the place but it had to be a nice place.
It is below the ground, we go down by some stone steps. It is covered, closed on 2 sides and supported by two pillars. The laundry has two bins. The first, very small, pours into the big. Between the two, a small beam was to be used to put in the laundry already washed.
The source was protected by a wall.
Today, grass grows in the bottom.
