Usually during the hot season and village women farmers would gather to turn the baking oven for food and baked breads, mash in pastry and fruit pie the exterior in an oven heated to the wood. This is to avoid overheating of the house in summer.
This oven embedded in the cement wall of which goes around. Built in cement domed furnace, is correct height to facilitate cooking manipulations.
There is a hole to allow to insert the baking.
To preserve this oven they builded a roof above to protect against the weather.
