The 'teal blue' painted bench has multiple narrow wooden slats, with a curved design for comfort. Between a couple of the upper slats has been embedded a brushed stainless steel plaque with the following inscription: 

	CECILY NEVELL
	      1925-2014
	     Adored wife of Keith
 Cecily was born in her family home at Manly
and played amongst the trees on the foreshore.
	'Always a Manly girl at heart.'

This bench has a great view of the northern harbour and Manly Wharf.
