This is a two-story brick building with considerable rusticated stonework. The facade has two large window units on the second floor, which are currently covered with metal siding. The units have arches constructed of four courses of standing brick, with a rough-cut keystone. Along the sides of these window units are varying sizes of rough-cut stones, and a stone sill. At the sides of the facade, there are quions also made of rough-cut sandstone. The building stands at the corner of Main and 4th Street. The west wall has six of the same window units, four of which are covered with metal siding. There is a flat roof with brick dentil work at the roof line. The date "1907" is cast in a small panel surrounded also with the rough-cut stone.
The storefront has a deeply recessed door, with flanking display windows that have low tile kick plates. The building is currently occupied as the Henryetta Tag Agency.
