Located next to the Henryetta Public Library, this area is dedicated to Vietnam Veterans. Nestled between two downtown buildings, the park is shaded by a slatted wood shelter, under which are two stone tables and benches. On a wood sign placed by NPS - Dept. of Interior, the park is called Veterans Park.

At the back is a 6 ft. brick wall with a plaque dated 1982 designating this as Library Park. This has been Waymarked separately.

A flagpole dedicated to Vietnam veterans by citizen, Claude Laughlin, stands at the front of the park.
