Sie bewohnte das Gebäude, an dem heute der Wappenstein der „Krone" angebracht ist und das danebenstehende spätbarocke Wohnhaus. Außerdem nutzte man etliche, heute nicht mehr vorhandene Werkgebäude. Noch bis 1826 wurden in diesem Bereich Tuche gefertigt.
Der Offermann Platz in seiner heutigen Gestaltung ist erst Anfang der 1980er Jahre im Rahmen der aufwändigen Altstadtsanierung entstanden.
